I've had a great experience at Maverick Male Medical Clinic. Dr. Gentry and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. They've helped boost my overall confidence and my intimate life has improved more than I expected. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to answer questions about the different treatments and expected outcomes, without making you feel rushed. I was a patient at this clinic for approximately one year and it was the most disappointing and poorly managed medical experience I have ever had. In that entire year I never once saw Dr. Gentry. All care was handled by a physician assistant. I was taken off a stable TRT protocol I had been on for over a year and switched to enclomiphene and HCG. Over the following months my labs became highly unstable with large swings in testosterone and estradiol despite multiple dose adjustments and continued high monthly fees. I repeatedly reported lack of improvement and new symptoms. These concerns were not meaningfully addressed. The office staff were consistently rude both in person and over the phone. There was also a compounding pharmacy issue that left me without medication for nearly a month while I was still being charged the full monthly fee. After leaving this clinic, proper evaluation elsewhere identified craniocervical instability, MCAS, and hypermobile EDS. These findings explained many of the symptoms that were never properly investigated during my time as a patient here. I've had a great experience at Maverick Male Medical. The staff is always friendly, they know you by name when you walk in, and they make you feel welcome every time you're there. The whole clinic is really well run. I've never had to wait long, appointments are efficient, and everyone seems to genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Gentry, Alexis, and ALL of the staff , extremely friendly, yet at the same time ultra professional. Dr. Gentry and staff seem to pride themselves on staying at the top level of information and education on mens health treatment and health related services, whether that’s TRT, top shelf vitamins and minerals, or peptides. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gentry and the team here. I came in looking for help with GLP-1 and testosterone treatment, and not only did Dr. Gentry put together a thoughtful plan for both, he also caught an under active thyroid I had no idea about. I assume Dr. Gentry must really trust his staff and feels they can take care of things, specially since the treatment I've had is very basic TRT. I keep going back because the  price is affordable, but I do have some concerns about his staff, not everyone, but some, including people in the office. They seem judgy, critical and give you the sense that as soon as you turn your back, they're taking shots at you. Makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable, that's  why I prefer to self inject and only go into the office as necessary.
